My story

Hi, I’m Stephanie.
For years, I struggled with emotional highs and lows, overthinking, anxiety, and feeling disconnected from myself despite appearing “fine” externally.

Discovering hypnotherapy and understanding the power of the subconscious mind transformed the way I understood myself, my emotions, and my patterns.
 
Yes - I was the client, before I become the practitioner. 

Today, I combine my background in psychology, sociology, hypnotherapy, yoga Nidra,  NLP, and subconscious mind work to help people stop surviving their emotions — and start understanding them.
