I'm Stephanie, or as many call me, Steph.
For years, I struggled with emotional highs and lows, overthinking, anxiety, feeling disconnected from myself and carrying everyone's weight.
Discovering hypnotherapy and understanding the power of the subconscious mind transformed me - mind and body - in the way that it helped me gain awareness about myself, my emotions, my hidden (subconscious) patterns.
Yes - I was the client, before I become the practitioner.
Today, I combine my background in psychology, sociology, hypnotherapy, yoga Nidra, NLP, and subconscious mind work to help people stop surviving their emotions — and start understanding them.
